What We Inspect and Why
A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

Meet Your Inspector
RONALD HERSHNER
Certified through InterNACHI, I inspect homes in the area, whether for purchase, general inspection, construction inspection, or insurance inspection.
I help people make informed real estate decisions. International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (nachi.org) is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification. InterNACHI requires continuing education every year to maintain good standing, so I am always building and expanding my knowledge, and have a broad range of professional peers for mentorship and support.
We are tested on our knowledge every three years to ensure that we are staying up-to-date with inspection practices to better aid our clients, and we have comprehensive Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics to make every inspection uniformly executed.
We Educate Our Clients
During the home inspection, we will show you how everything in your house works, how to maintain it, and how to save home energy. Scientific evidence demonstrates a solid relationship between housing conditions and human health. I will make sure your home supports your health.
